Yoga: Mobility and strength go hand-in-hand. Our Yoga classes are designed to help you increase flexibility and mobility to allow for proper movement and range of motion. Yoga will also help you to gain the stability (or strength) needed to properly perform many of the movements used in CrossFit.  Designed for athletes of all levels.  Feel good, body, mind, and soul!
