The first step is to call or e-mail us a class time that works for your schedule. We will alert the coaches that you will be attending so they can pay extra attention to you and scale/modify workouts as needed. This will ensure that you become familiar with CrossFit movements and terminology at a safe pace. CrossFit is incredibly technical, it’s like learning an entirely new sport, we take the time to properly teach you the movements so you’re confident and safe in your abilities.

CROSSFIT CLASS SCHEDULE:
- M-Fr: 6am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm, 6:15pm, 7:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 am
FUNDAMENTALS/OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Saturday: 11am
- Tuesday: 4pm
