Our CrossFit classes are one-hour in length and consist of a warm up, strength and skill portion work, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). Our classes are conducted by some of the most experienced CrossFit coaches in Los Angeles to ensure you will have a quality and safe workout.

- M-Fr: 6am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm, 6:15pm, 7:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am & 10am
- Sunday: 10am
FUNDAMENTALS/OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Thursday: 6:15pm
- Sunday: 8:30am
